Meet Tom Lewellyn
Tom’s legal career began in 1983 after graduating first in his class at San Francisco Law School. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley in 1975. For over 32 years, he has worked exclusively in the area of personal injury and wrongful death. He has represented over 2000 injured clients against the largest insurance companies, powerful corporations and governmental entities. He is known among his clients and his adversaries as a fierce and principled advocate. He is deeply concerned with the unique problems of each client. As a result, he has earned their trust and respect.

He has been a Judge Pro Tempore for the Santa Clara County Courts and a Settlement Commissioner for the Alameda Superior Court.
Tom is admitted to practice law in the Supreme Court of the State of California and in the Federal District Courts in the Northern and Central Districts of California.
