Tom's legal career began in 1983 after graduating first in his class at San Francisco Law School. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley in 1975. Over the past 22 years, he has worked exclusively in the area of personal injury and wrongful death. He has represented over 1200 injured clients against the largest insurance companies, powerful corporations and governmental entities.
