Meet Tom Lewellyn
Tom's legal career began in 1983 after graduating first in his class at San Francisco Law School. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley in 1975. Over the past 22 years, he has worked exclusively in the area of personal injury and wrongful death. He has represented over 1200 injured clients against the largest insurance companies, powerful corporations and governmental entities. He is known among his clients and his adversaries as a fierce and principled advocate. He is deeply concerned with the unique problems of each client. As a result, he has earned their trust and respect.

He is also certified as a specialist with the National Board of Trial Advocacy in the field of civil litigation. This organization is accredited by The Board of Legal Specialization of The State Bar of California. He is a member of the California Advocates for Nursing Home Reform and was selected to be on its panel of attorneys who litigate elder abuse cases against nursing homes. He was among the founding board members of the Alameda County Barristers Club in 1984. He has been a Judge Pro Tempore for the Santa Clara County Courts and currently sits as a Settlement Commissioner for the Alameda Superior Court.
Tom is admitted to practice law in the Supreme Court of the State of California, all of courts throughout California, and the Federal District Courts in the Northern and Central Districts of California.
